The foundations course is required for anyone new to CrossFit. This course consists of three classes. In each, you will learn about the foundational movements of CrossFit. One of our coaches will arrange the sessions with you to match your schedule so you can get started with CrossFit right away. Our absolute highest priority is making sure you learn and execute all movements safely and efficiently. You can be confident we will not push you to the next exercise until we make sure you are ready. You’ll never need to worry about the risk of serious injury because we will teach you every proper movement and lift before we increase intensity or add weight.

For people looking for the most individualized approach, personal training is king. Every personal training member gets to work 1-on-1 with a highly qualified coach where they get individual programming and attention that they need and/or desire.
Our Olympic Weightlifting classes aim to improve the classic Olympic lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are great, whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.
30-minute skill sessions are shortened personal training sessions that focus on one particular skill or exercise: Rope climbs, muscle ups, handstands, etc. Your coach will also give you “homework”, things to work on, in between sessions to expedite your results!
Recess for grown-ups. In Open Gym, you have to freedom to use our gym any way you want. Make up a missed class, work on “homework” from your coach, practice skills you’re still mastering; the options are limitless.
