During this time, we’ll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps. If you choose, we will have you do a short workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are.
Open Gym
Open Gym is included with all of our memberships!
- Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific.
CrossFit
JOIN OUR COMMUNITY AND WORKOUT WITH A GROUP!
3x/week: $180/month
4x/week: $200/month
5x/week: $220/month
Unlimited: $235/month
In it’s true definition, CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest.
Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
1-ON-1 PRIVATE COACHING
JUST YOU, YOUR COACH, AND REAL RESULTS!
10 session package: $100/session
20 session package: $90/session
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
